Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy:
up to 91 days before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees
90 - 31 days before arrival we keep the deposit.
Up to 30-15 days before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price.
From 14 days before arrival, no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the travel price.
Our money - back - guarantee:
In case of border closures, officially imposed hotel closures or a renewed lockdown by the government, we offer you as our guests the following alternatives:
1.) You rebook your vacation at the Veitenhof to another period. In this case, the deposit would remain with us and be used for the newly booked vacation.
2.) You cancel your vacation with us free of charge. In this case, we will of course immediately transfer the deposit back to you.
In case of border closures by the government during your vacation at the Veitenhof, you can of course leave at any time and the remaining booked days will be cancelled free of charge.

Holiday destination
The Veitenhof is a good starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and much more. Nearby there is the Stuibenfall - the highest waterfall in Tyrol, the Ötzidorf, a bathing lake and the newly built bird of prey park.
In winter, Niederthai is an excellent cross-country ski area and has a small ski area with 3 ski lifts for beginners and intermediate level. Even the large ski areas such as Sölden, Hochgurgl-Obergurgl, Ötz and Kühthai can be reached quickly by car or with the free ski bus.
Getting there
Coming from Umhausen drive for 7 km until you reach Niederthai. Pass the church, and continue until the Kreuzung Info Büro intersection, from there continue left via a bridge. There will be a red building in front of you - continue until you reach it, and then turn left in front of the building. Stay on this street for about 800 metres now, and there you are in the Höfle neighbourhood.

auf Ihrem "Veitenhof" haben wir einen ganz besonderen Winterurlaub verbringen können.
Die Freundlichkeit und Service zu allen Zeiten, das durchdachte Konzept mit nachhaltigem Bauen,
die vielen Angebote im Wellnessbereich haben uns, neben den täglichen Aktivitäten, eine gute Zeit
in Niederthai, Höfle, verleben lassen. Gern kommen wir wieder zur Winterzeit.

Der Veitenhof liegt idyllisch umsäumt von den schönsten Bergen. Die Familie Leiter ist sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich, wir fühlten uns unheimlich wohl. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe gemacht. Das Highlight war die Sauna mit Panoramablick auf das schneebedeckte Gebirge. Im Veitenhof kann man wahnsinnig gut auftanken und den Alltagsstress hinter sich lassen.
