This comfortable vacation apartment in Scharbeutz in a quiet, direct beach location with a large south-facing balcony invites you to linger. It is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment is fully tiled. The modern living/bedroom has a double sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player and DVD player as well as a dining area for 6 people.
The separate kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment is completed by the bedroom with double bed (space for a crib available) and the modern shower room with WC.
Underground parking: double parking, no vans, off-road vehicles or lowered cars. Bicycle storage room, washing machine and dryer in the house for a fee. WLAN included.

29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
