The beautiful detached Villa Alisa, located in an exceptionally quiet environment, offers 130 sqm of living space spread over 2 floors. The upper floor features the kitchen-living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. And of course, the balcony with a fantastic view over the "Raski zaljev" bay. The lower floor includes two more bedrooms, a children's room, a bathroom, and a storage room. Both bedrooms and the children's room have access to the covered terrace and the large private pool. We love children! A cot and high chair are naturally available free of charge.
The large private pool is extremely popular with our guests, offering fun and refreshment. The living area and kitchen are spacious and modernly furnished. Everything you need, such as a fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, etc., is available. Fast WIFI and a SMART-TV provide entertainment, while the air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. One of the highlights: the ice maker.

Beaches with crystal-clear water can be found in Koromacno, about a 5-minute drive away, or in Ravni and Rabaz. The historic town of Labin, with shopping and restaurants, is approximately 10 km away. You can also experience culture and history in Pula, where there is, for example, a Roman amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus. Throughout Istria, excellent cuisine and wine cellars beckon, as well as exquisite olive oil. The Buzet region is renowned for its truffles.
