- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

Until the end of May the conditions are ideal for cycling, walking or golf. The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.
Holiday destination
Villa Ema is ideal for families or groups of friends, being only a few minutes’ drive from beautiful sandy beaches with fabulous mountain scenery. There are windsurfing, diving, golf, cycling and excellent horse-riding facilities nearby.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Die Finca hat eine schöne Lage. Nah an Pollenca für den täglichen Bedarf und nah Port de Pollenca zum Ausgehen.Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt mit einen gutem Stilmix aus neu Zunder alt. Die Gastgeberin war immer schnell zu erreichen.

Großen Respekt für Deine Leistung und Deine Kundenorientierung, nicht zuletzt deshalb sind wir seit 2005 Stammkunden und waren mit allen inzwischen sieben Vermietungen immer hochzufrieden.
Die Finca Villa Ema war wieder einmal ein Volltreffer. Wunderschön gelegen am Fuß des Puig de Major, nur einen Kilometer von Pollença entfernt aber dennoch mitten auf dem Land. Das großzügige Grundstück ist purer Luxus und die Finca bietet allen Komfort. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für die Familie.
Die Küche und das angeschlossene Wohn-/Esszimmer sind extrem geräumig. Und die großzügige, komplett überdachte Terrasse, die ist einfach ein Traum!
