Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are annoying for both parties. It is very unfortunate for us when a holiday apartment remains vacant. Therefore, a tip: To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of the holiday will not incur any costs for you. Within 6 weeks, we will charge 90% of the apartment price. In the case of early departure/late arrival, we will charge the full apartment price for the booked stay. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
The court of jurisdiction is agreed to be Reutte/Tyrol.

Ski: The Zugspitz Arena offers 7 ski areas. Direct entry into the Bichlbach-Berwangertal ski circuit here in the village. An almost unlimited network of cross-country ski trails, which is accessible from our house in 3 minutes. Those who want to learn skiing can do so at the Bichlbach ski school. The Zugspitz glacier ski area guarantees skiing fun until spring. Free ski bus within the Zugspitz Arena.

Ich war mit meiner Mama und unseren 2 Hunden für ein paar Nächte dort und bin sehr begeistert. Mal abgesehen von der wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung ist die Unterkunft wirklich unglaublich sauber und süß eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ich freue mich nochmal vorbeizukommen.
