Description
The two-room holiday apartment is located in a detached wooden house typical of the region from the 19th century. The location of the house on the southern slope below a forest is quiet with a view...
Special features
Sandstone fireplace, wood heating, additional electric heating in winter, 2 terraces (east and west sides of the house) and lawn for deck chairs.
Wasserscheide as a starting point for numerous mountain hikes or climbing tours 20 minutes by car.
Thun with the most beautiful beach in Europe 20 minutes by car. Grindelwald with Eiger north face and Jungfraujoch1 hour by car. Bern with its beautiful old town 30 minutes by car.
Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located at approx. 900 meters above sea level in the foothills of the Alps in the canton of Bern. It is connected to the hiking trail network of the Gantrisch Nature Park. The Rüschegg ski lift is 4km away. The cross-country skiing paradise of Gantrisch Nature Park begins 15 minutes away. The Bernese Oberland and the cities of Bern, Thun and Friborg can be reached by car. But the best thing about the area is the apartment itself: it is ideal as a contrast to city life.
Getting there
From Germany/Basel
In Basel take the motorway towards Zurich/Bern. Then A1 towards Bern. Shortly before Bern on the A6 motorway towards Thun/Interlaken. After Bern, take the Rubigen/Münsingen exit. Then towards Belp. In Belp turn left towards Toffen/Riggisberg. Then to Riggisberg, there towards Fribourg/Schwarzenburg. Only drive to Wislisau. Turn left there towards Rüschegg. In Rüschegg-Graben left. After the covered wooden bridge turn right. At the village entrance to Rüschegg-Heubach turn left towards Längeneybad/Wyssenhalten. After 50m turn right up a steep forest road (actually driving ban). When you come out of the forest, turn right until you reach the house. You are here!

Liebe Grüße aus Norderstedt
