Cancellation policy
For cancellations no later than 3 months before the start of the holiday, you will receive the deposit minus a processing fee of € 70- back.
For cancellations between 3 months and 2 months before the start of the holiday we charge 40% of the rental price.
For cancellations between 2 months and 1 month before the start of the holiday we charge 60% of the rental price.
For cancellations between 1 month and 1 week before the start of the holiday we charge 80% of the rental price.
For cancellations in the last week prior to the start of the holiday we charge 100% of the rental price, the same applies to delayed arrival or early departure.

Smiley's Chalet is located on the valley floor of the Lieser Valley on the river of the same name, not far from the Millstättersee and the artists' village of Gmünd, with a view of forests and the river.
