The apartment “nature and art” is just finished and provided with a state-of-the-art kitchen, which offers everything. The apartment has an balcony to the south side. On request, the apartment can be extended by two bedrooms (up to 140sqm). The apartment is rented for 1-2 persons with one bedroom, with up to 4 persons with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can also rent the extra bedroom for a smaller number of people for 25 € per night. The city of Dresden requires a tourist tax of 6% for adult holiday guests. (Children up to 18 years of age, severely disabled persons and guests working in Dresden (with certificate from the employer) are exempt from the tax and the price is then calculated from the remaining portion of the paid guests.
