Holiday destination
Self-contained water property Here you'll find rest and relaxation in its most lovely form. The Sternberg lake district with nearly 90 lakes and forested environment offers diverse recreational and relaxation options. The historic town centre of Starnbrg is about 10 minutes away on foot. Many little shops are perfect for strolling and shopping in the beautiful old town with city wall, brick church and the city gate.
Getting there
By train to Blankenberg, from there also by bus / taxi to Sternberg. From the direction of Hamburg A24, at the Schwerin interchange take the A241 toward Wismar to the end (Schwerin-Nord), then follow the signs to Sternberg: left on the B104 toward Güstrow. In Sternberg follow the road, then after the railroad tracks about 1 km and then turn left into the Seestrasse and then right into Leonhard Frank Strasse. Arriving at the large car park, keep right and turn right onto the cycle path, after about 20 m take a sharp left on the Sandweg, after 150 m turn right to Haus am See. From Berlin A24, at the Wittstock/Dosse interchange take the A19, at the Malchow exit take the B192 toward Schwerin, in Sternberg turn left onto the B104/B192, after about 800 m turn right into Seestrasse and then immediate left into the Leonhard Frank Strasse. Arriving at the large car park, keep right and turn right onto the cycle path, after about 20 m take a sharp left on the Sandweg, after 150 m turn right to Haus am See.

Das ist eines der besten Ferienhäuser das wir je gemietet haben! Und wir mieten oft Häuser. Hochwertig ausgestattet, alles was man braucht (und mehr) auf wenig Fläche untergebracht und liebevoll gestaltet. Der morgendliche Ausblick beim Frühstück ist grandios. Eisvögel haben wir auch zu sehen bekommen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
