The villa sits right next to the Parco Marino Tavolara nature park in a dreamy, idyllic location that's peaceful and secluded. It's been tastefully built in a style that's typical of the local area and has Mediterranean furnishings. The house is nestled in an old olive grove on a hillside with magnificent views of the sea.
In a spacious, 5000-square-metre garden. You can enjoy the scent of 35 orange and lemon trees here. Bougainvillea, bird of paradise flowers, lots of palm trees, banana trees and other magnificent southern blooms all blossom and provide a real treat for the eyes.
Surrounded by old olive trees. A peaceful oasis for your mind and soul - 2 terraces by the house, a large sun terrace by the pool with a whirlpool, a gigantic hammock, a lounge and sun loungers. Some are located in the shade of the pergola that's covered in grape vines. You can also relax in the solar-heated pool with a hot tub (32 - 37 degrees Celsius), a small waterfall and great sea views.

The Parco Marino Tavolara marine national park lies right on your doorstep. It's perfect for snorkelling, diving and boat trips. Hikes to Cala Girgolu with great bays and rock formations - also try hiking trips on the fantastic islands of Tavolara and Molara.

You can take the ferry from Livorno or Genoa with Moby Lines Sardina Ferries and the Grimald Line (usually the cheapest) to Olbia Golfo Aranci or Porto Torres (approx. 100 km). Sardinia is a large island!!! Cagliari is about 250 km away, Alghero 150 km.

If you cancel up to 6 months before the trip begins, the deposit will be refunded and there's no cancellation fee. Less than 6 months & up to 3 months you'll pay 25% of the rental price, up to 2 months: 50%, 1 days: 75%, 14-0 days prior to arrival: the full rental price. A cancellation must be made in writing and needs to be confirmed. You should have a valid reason. We therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
