Holiday destination
The area is ideal for cycling and trips around the island. On request local fishermen offer trips to parts of the bay. In the deep forests hunting is a lot of different game and hunting is possible. Bird and animal observation is very easy.-
In the town of Kuressaare is an ancient fortress and there are a lot of reminders to the foundation time of Estonia.
Getting there
By own car via ferry Klaipeda or Liepaja. There are flight connections to Riga and Tallinn and there is a small airport in Kuressaare.
Having passed Kuressare follow the road to Sääre until the crossing where there is the sign to Montu. Turn left there. The house is behind the harbour on the right side of the road to Sääre. You can see it from the road. There is a small lane to the right leading to it.
