Cancellation policy
Your booking will be confirmed when I receive the following:
A signed and dated copy of the contract.
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the global amount
The balance is due on the arrival at the house with a refundable damage deposit and options.
If this was to happen, we of course, try to find a satisfactory solution.
But please, do not hesitate to ask us as we can be flexible for the day of arrival, times of arriving and departure and the dates of payment.
During school holidays we only rent full weeks from saturdays to saturdays.

This region is also great for practising sea kayak, walk in the sea, sailing dinghies.
Holiday destination
Aumeville-Lestre is located in the Regional Park des Marais so it is very green and rich ecologically.
We are close from the Landing beaches and only 2 hours from Mont saint Michel.
Although tourism is the second main activity it is very calm and resourcefull.
There is a lane leading to the sea and lot of walks or cycling to do around the house with dogs.
Getting there
We can be flexible concerning the times of arrival and departures.
Do not forget to take the directions with you as our property doens't show on google or sat nav.
To find us when you arrive from Caen on the RN13, please take the exit Montebourg
In the village, follow the signs towards Quinéville/ Quettehou.
At about 8 km, at the round-about still follow Quettehou.
At about 3 km, turn right towards the sea JUSt before the sign of the village of Aumeville lestre
At about 100 m, turn left at the old blue gate; Follow the lane, the cottage is on the right at the end !

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce gîte très bien aménagé avec un jardin clôturé à la belle végétation. Tout était propice à la détente. Nous avons été de plus très bien accueillis.

Die Unterkunft für den diesjährigen Urlaub war eher ein "Zufallsfund", dafür aber ein absoluter Glückstreffer: Buchung und Abwicklung waren freundlich und professionell. Bei Ankunft wurden wir aufs herzlichste empfangen (u.a. mit ersten nützlichen Tipps für Unternehmungen) und auch zwischendurch haben sich die Gastgeber immer wieder erkundigt, ob ggf. etwas fehlte oder zu verbessern sei. Die Unterkunft liegt angenehm ruhig, hat alles, was man benötigt (beste Ausstattung in Küche, Kinderzimmer, Garten und "(Spiel-)Scheune"). Die Anbindung an das örtliche Radwegenetz ist optimal, in den benachbarten Ortschaften findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf - und die Gegend ist so abwechslungsreich, dass es nicht langweilig wird. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Es war großartig!
