Cancellation policy
Rental payments: 20% at the time of booking, 40% 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, 40% 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person over 18 years will be charged with the last installment. Security deposit: 500 Euros, to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Refund immediately after the rental property is returned without any defects. Non-commencement of the holiday: If the renter does not start the holiday, they may provide a replacement tenant who must be agreed upon by the landlord. If they cannot provide a replacement, the landlord may procure a tenant. Any resulting expenses and loss of rent will be charged to the tenant.

Experience the 'joie de vivre' of the French Riviera. Our bright and welcoming house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a South-West facing slope, on a private property enclosed by Mediterranean vegetation: olive trees, cork oaks, bougainvilleas, oleanders. Enjoy a marvelous view of the sea over the deep blue bay towards the peninsula of St. Tropez and the hills of Ste. Maxime. Our pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and by our grill, you can savor the last rays of the setting sun. This is a holiday spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

Other Activities: hiking in the nature reserve. Golf: There are several golf courses in the vicinity: Ste. Maxime, Saint Raphael, Roquebrune.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal für drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Les Issambres. Mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern hatten wir ausreichend Platz, und das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, von der Küche bis zu den Schlafzimmern. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Infinity-Pool, der im Sommer einfach ein Traum ist. Der Blick von dort ist atemberaubend und man kann sich kaum sattsehen. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß, während wir die Ruhe genossen haben.
Die Eigentümer sind äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar gewesen, falls wir Fragen hatten oder etwas brauchten.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage mit dem Blick über den Golf von St. Tropez ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein absolutes Highlight, dazu kommen ein grandioser Infinity Pool, schöne angenehm grosse Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestatte Küche mit modernen Geräten eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse und ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt zu den Eigentümern, die tolle Ratschläge bezüglich der "must-sees" in der Umgebung und tolle Restauranttipps für uns hatten. Immer wieder gern !
