Newly renovated, authentic holiday apartment from 1932 in Egmond aan Zee, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The house is also located in the cozy center but in a quiet area. You can expect pure holiday enjoyment with a kitchen, living room, and 1 bathroom with a toilet, sink, and rain shower on the ground floor. There is also a small garden and a beautiful entrance. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. You will also receive a parking card which allows you to park for free in the center (zones C and D). Your dog is more than welcome too, but only smaller breeds.

The house was built in 1932 and presents itself freshly renovated (2017) in absolute top condition: everything is modern and new, from the kitchen equipment to the TV system and the bedrooms to the bathroom and toilet! Very cozy. The house is less than two minutes' walk from the beach, as well as from the supermarket "Jumbo". Very good location! Parking is also no problem. Leyla is an exceptionally loving and attentive hostess in every respect: she even bought treats for our dog! The communication worked very well. A clear grade 1 for this accommodation!

Centrally located, this is a romantic cottage where you'll feel right at home. Equipped with all modern conveniences. Bathrobes and beach towels are provided. You can take beautiful long walks on the beach or stroll through the dunes. You can also rent bicycles to explore the area. The village itself has many terraces and restaurants. You can also relax on the beach. The shopping street has many nice shops and has a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
There is only one access road to this small village. After the roundabout in Alkmaar, you will be led along the road between meadows to the coast. "Bei Ted" is right in the middle. You will receive a parking card which allows you to park for free in the village. There are zones for which you will receive a card upon arrival.
