Cancellation policy
a. Every cancellation must first be communicated by phone and then in writing to Mrs. I. Dattin. b. For a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 15% of the basic rent will be charged. c. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the rental start date. d. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the rental start date. e. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the rental start date or if the rental period has already begun. f. A cancellation fee of €28 will be charged for a cancellation.

This holiday home is in a perfect location, nestled between the beach and the town center of Oostkapelle. Nearby this residential area, you'll find restaurants, bicycle rental services, and a small supermarket (open during the season). The beach is about 400 meters away, the center of Oostkapelle is approximately 2 km, and it's only 5 km to Domburg.
Getting there
Take the A58, then switch to the N57 towards Domburg, here on the N287 after 2.6 km turn right onto Zeeduinsepoort Platte, directly at the end, after 500 meters turn right, you are then on Duinweg. After 800 meters, turn left onto Randduinweg. After 500 meters, turn right onto Beukenlaan and then right onto Berkenlaan.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Iris. Es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage zum Strand und dem Wald ist einfach super. Iris ist eine nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Danke für alles. :)
