Cancellation policy
If a booking is canceled, the following cancellation charges shall apply:
30% of the total amount of booking in case of cancellation from the day of booking up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period;
100% of the total amount of booking in case of cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the rental period;
100% for no-show
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, Istra Expert retains 10% as handling fee.

Buchung der FeWo Maria-Leni in Vrsar nicht möglich. Habe mit der Ablehnung ein neues Angebot bekommen am gleichen Ort, FeWo entsprach unseren Erwartungen und auch dem Angebot. Anmeldung klappte problemlos, konnten die Fewo weit vor Check-In beziehen. Betreuung vor Ort war gegeben, Handtuchtausch wurde erstmals nach 5 Tagen angefragt. Infomaterialien zum Urlaubsort und Umgebung wurden bereitgestellt. Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten waren alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einzig die Ausstattung mit Besteck könnte etwas verbessert werden.
Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen FeWo.
