Our holiday apartment is idyllically situated at the edge of the forest in the rear Passeier Valley in Hütt at 1,425m.
Located directly on the Merano High Mountain Trail and in the Texel Group Nature Park, our farm in the Passeier Valley is the perfect starting point for short and long hiking tours for children and adults. Additionally, there is a riding stable nearby, a via ferrata, museums, and much more to make your farm holiday in the summer perfect.
The winter offers a cross-country ski trail right by the house as well as the Pfelders ski area only 5 minutes away.
Accessible all year round by car and bus.
Directions via Merano:
Take the Brenner motorway to Bolzano - expressway to Merano - from there into the Passeier Valley to Moos, then towards Pfelders, about 4 km after the village of Platt.
Directions via Jaufen Pass:
Take the Brenner motorway to Sterzing - mountain road over the Jaufen Pass to St. Leonhard - continue up the valley to Moos, then towards Pfelders.
Arrival via Timmelsjoch (only possible in summer):
over the Timmelsjoch to Moos, then towards Pfelders.

You can cancel your booking without a cancellation fee up to 60 days before the agreed arrival day by providing a written notice. For cancellations made later, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: 30-60 days 50% of the total price, less than 30 days 70% of the total price. In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the agreed price for the remaining unused days.
