Getting there
The nearest airport for your holidays at Sonho do Mar is Faro Airport (about 50 minutes by car via the A22 motorway) at the Algarve in the south of Portugal. There are numerous non-stop flights to Faro e.g. with Aer Lingus, British Airways, Easyjet, Eurowings, Iberia, Lauda, Lufthansa, Norwegian, Ryanair, Swiss, SAS, Transavia, Tuifly, Vueling.
Also from the airports of Lisbon (about 300km / 3:15) and Seville (about 280km / 3h) you can reach Lagos via highways shortly. A city trip to Lisbon is often combined with a beach holiday with us.
You will be welcomed personally by the receptionist of the property management company (always available with help and advice) in the house, the keys are handed over and everything else will be explained. The arrival time from 16.00 o'clock is flexible, depending on other reservations.

Together with my family, I have been travelling to many countries for 30 years. Since 1989, I appreciate the perfect climate of Portugal, the friendly locals and the original nature - especially in the region around Lagos. Based on my experience gained as an architect I was able to influence the design and interior of the town house. We particularly appreciate the private roof terrace as a "green room" under the open sky.

Eine ganzes Haus mittendrin in der Innenstadt - am Rande der Altstadt. Super Lage! Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, das Erdgeschoss (Wohnzimmer und Küche) dafür recht dunkel, im Sommer sicher nicht von Belang. Sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll mit schönen Bildern (Originale aus der Familie!) dekoriert. Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, Zwischenreinigung mit Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche! Super!
Wäre nicht der Lärm des Handwerkers im Nachbarhaus gewesen hätte es eine 1 mit Sternchen gegeben - aber das kann man unseren Vermietern ja nun nicht anlasten!

Wir können die Unterkunft aus voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise hat alles prima geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist top in Schuss mit bester Ausstattung , sehr bequeme Betten, Fernsehgerät im Wohnzimmer und beiden Schlafzimmern.
In allen 3 Stockwerken ist eine Toilette und Klimaanlage. Das Haus liegt nah an der schönen Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
