The minimum stay is 4 nights!

Withdrawal / Cancellation:
The renter can withdraw from the contract at any time before the rental.
The resignation is to be declared in writing and becomes effective with access to the landlord.
With the resignation following compensation is due:
up to 90 days before the rental date 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
up to 60 days before arrival 40% of the rent,
but at least the down payment.
up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due for payment. Even if the holiday guest does not use the services of the landlord!
The deposit i.H. from Euro 200,00 is to be paid in cash upon arrival on the day of arrival. This will be paid back in cash on successful departure on the day of departure!
The local tourist tax i. H. currently 2.00 (per day, from the age of 16, EUR 1.00 per day, children and adolescents from the age of 6 up to the age of 16), EUR 1.00 severely handicapped with 100% Handicap) is also to be paid in cash in advance on the day of arrival!

The Tegernsee offers countless leisure activities. Directly from the Chalet Heidi you can take wonderful hikes. The Tegernsee with public beach at the Warmbad, etc. are within walking distance! The bus stop is only about 150 m away from the chalet. In winter you can reach the cross-country ski run in approx. 200 m, the ski bus (Suttengebiet) can also be reached in approx. 150 m!
Holiday destination
The Chalet Heidi is located in a quiet area, idyllically located on the Hafelbach, but very central to the centre of Rottach-Egern! Directly from the house you can make beautiful hikes, bike tours and walks. The Tegernsee, shops and restaurants are within walking distance! The bus stop is approximately 150 m away!
In the house there is yet another apartment "Riedersteinblick" (approx. 42m ²), which is also very exclusive equipped and offers space for 2 adults (with infra-red sauna, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, rain shower, etc.)
Getting there
By car:
on the A8 take the exit Holzkirchen / Tegernsee / Bad Wiesee and follow the B 318 for 18 km.
by train:
Tegernsee train station is just 3.5 km away from Chalet Heidi. Buses and taxis are available there.

by plane:

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wurden so liebevoll empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts umsorgt und haben viele wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bis zum kleinsten Detail perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.
Vom sonnigen Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Wallberg.
Ins Zentrum führt unter anderem ein schöner Spazierweg entlang der Rottach.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub ist nun leider zu Ende gegangen.
Wir waren zu Dritt in der Fewo Wallbergblick und habe uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Dies lag vor allem auch an den herzlichen Gastgebern, was man durchaus als Außergewöhnlich gut bezeichnen kann. Ein herzlicher Empfang bei unserer Ankunft mit frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch und kleiner Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank ;-) super sauber, hilfreichen Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und nach einer Woche (wir waren zwei Wochen dort) ein frischer Obstkorb. Der Knaller.
Die Lage ist auch super, egal ob einkaufen (ein super Bäcker in 5 min zu Fuß), Wanderungen ab Fewo zum Riederstein oder den Rottach Wasserfällen oder runter zum See, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
