In the coming winter season we have free for you our small apartment with 37 ² for 2 - 4 persons.
With us you book your holiday in summer "all inclusive" with our summer card - valid from 15.05. - 31.10.
Our apartment is 57 m², consists of two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x double bed and if required with pull-out sofa), kitchen-living room, shower, WC, 2x flat screen and balcony.
For a reservation with 2 - 3 persons you can also book our small apartment with terrace.
You are welcome to stay in our garden. Here we have a swing, a children's house, two soccer goals.
A small playroom with darts, billiards and table football is waiting for you.

In summer you can start your hiking and cycling tours directly in front of the house. In winter you can immediately start on the cross-country ski run.

In summer many sights from Krimml to St. Martin can be visited free of charge. In the immediate vicinity you will also find the golf course in Zell am See.
For families with children, the Ferleiten Wildlife Park is also highly recommended in summer, and in Zell am See a visit to Schmidolin's baptism of fire with the Cool Kids children's programme is highly recommended.
Our Burgi Englacher also offers llama trekking tours. You can find the exact programme on the website of the tourism association.

Our house is in a quiet location close to the centre. You can reach our most popular excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
Enjoy the view from our Kitzsteinhorn, the Mooserboden with its reservoirs and our Maiskogel.
In summer and winter you can use our free bus service!
Coming from Zell am See you take the roundabout in Fürth to Kaprun. At the petrol station take the ghird exit directly into the centre. At the "Adeg Markt" turn left over the bridge towards Kaprun castle. After about 500 metres turn left into the "Häuslhofstraße". After about 200 metres take the first left into "Birnwiesweg".
