In summer many sights from Krimml to St. Martin can be visited free of charge. In the immediate vicinity you will also find the golf course in Zell am See.

Our house is in a quiet location close to the centre. You can reach our most popular excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
Enjoy the view from our Kitzsteinhorn, the Mooserboden with its reservoirs and our Maiskogel.

Getting there
Coming from Zell am See you take the roundabout in Fürth to Kaprun. At the petrol station take the ghird exit directly into the centre. At the "Adeg Markt" turn left over the bridge towards Kaprun castle. After about 500 metres turn left into the "Häuslhofstraße". After about 200 metres take the first left into "Birnwiesweg".
You find us on the left side.
