The house is almost directly by the sea, meaning at the end of the property is the rocky coast of St. Guénolé with a view of the dreamy sandy beach overlooking the Bay of Audierne with Pors Carn and La Torche. A fantastic unobstructed panoramic view. It's about an 800-meter walk along a coastal path to the fine sandy beach.
Traveling to Brittany by car is best, but it is also quite feasible to spend a holiday at this house without a car. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, and the homeowner also provides bicycles for the tenants.
Arrival by plane is possible; the nearest airport is in Quimper, about 25 km away, or Brest, about 90 km away.
The nearest train station is in Quimper, approximately 30 km away, which is serviced by the TGV high-speed train from Paris, taking just over 4 hours from Paris to Brittany.
