This beautiful house is located on a 3000 sqm idyllic property. The view into the valley right up to the coast of the Cote d'Azur is breathtaking thanks to the location on a hillside. The stone house is located not far from the artist city St. Paul as well as Nice or Cannes. The whirlpool and the swimming pool will delight you with a panoramic view of the sea and the landscape. The 150qm living space offers room for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 bath, 1 extra toilet, the 40 sqm living room has an access to the beautiful winter garden and the sun terrace. Furthermore, there is a grand piano, which can be played, and an open fire.

The area is famous for its golf courses. The most well-known golf courses are the Golf de La Grand Bastide Chateauneuf Grasse as well as the Royal Mougin Golf Club. Horse riding and water sports can also be enjoyed. Not far away is also the largest gocart track in Europe. In the nearby mountains you can go hiking or hang gliding. Those interested in art also get their money's worth in the nearby Fondation Maeght and the artists' village of St. Paul.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer

Wir haben zehn schöne Tage in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Am Besten hat uns der traumhafte Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse am Wohnzimmer gefallen. Der Bäcker war innerhalb von zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso eine Metzgerei.
Leider war es durch die darunter gelegene Landstraße etwas laut, wobei man davon im nach hinten gelegenen großen Schlafzimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts gehört hat.
Die Ausstattung im Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb ich den Mietpreis persönlich etwas zu hoch finde.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und jederzeit bei Problemen erreichbar. Sie hat uns sogar lange vor unserer Ankunft aktuelle Bilder geschickt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch wenn das Wetter etwas wechselhafter war als in den vergangenen Jahren, waren wir fast ausschließlich draußen. Den Pool und Whirlpool konnten wir jeden Tag nutzen.
Die Gartenanlage ist super und besitzt einen unglaublichen Blick bis an die Küste. Wir waren sogar einmal in der Lage, die Berge von Korsika zu erkennen.
Unsere Vermieterin war super nett und immer erreichbar.
Auch wir wären gerne noch eine weitere Woche da geblieben und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes, uriges Haus mit traumhafter Außenanlage

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit zwei (jungen) Ehepaaren in diesem Haus verbracht. Durch das gute Wetter waren wir fast ausschließlich draußen. Die Gartenanlage ist wirklich schön mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Tal. Durch den Pool, das Boule-Feld, die Tischtennisplatte und den Whirlpool wurde es auch nicht langweilig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, flexibel und bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Die Straße unterhalb des Hauses ist stärker befahren als wir gedacht hatten, man gewöhnt sich jedoch recht schnell dran und mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nachts auch nicht. Wir wären gerne noch eine weitere Woche da geblieben.
