Cancellation policy
The lessee is entitled to withdraw from the rental contract/booking. In order to preserve evidence, the cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation takes effect on the day the lessor receives the notification. Cancellation fees per apartment/house:
a) From the start date of the rental contract up to 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental price;
b) 59-45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price;
c) 44-30 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price;
d) 29-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the rental price.
We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Holiday destination
Fuhlendorf is located on the southern shore of the Saaler Bodden which separates the peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst from the mainland. The tranquil, child-friendly village is rich in natural beauty, 12 km from the Baltic spa resorts Zingst and Prerow with their wide sandy beaches – an ideal destination for a wonderful holiday! You'll find wonderful, well-marked cycling tracks that allow you to explore the landscape of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park to your heart's content.
Getting there
A20 towards Stettin/Rostock, exit Rostock-Ost (east) towards the city centre, take the turn-off Bentwisch onto the B105 towards Ribnitz-Damgarten; in Löbnitz, turn left at the traffic light towards Barth; in Barth, follow the road for about 5 km and you've reached Fuhlendorf.
Arrival time starts at 3:00 pm, departure no later than 10:00 am, or upon individual arrangement; early arrival or a later departure are subject to a €25.00 surcharge.
We will personally welcome you upon arrival and show you around.

Im Ferienhaus hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit schönen Radwegen und super Stränden.

Wir fahren nun schon das 9. Jahr zu Familie Teßmann und das 7. Jahr in das Ferienhaus "Leuchtturm". Es ist immer wieder toll und wir fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl. So muss Urlaub sein.
