Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide individual advice on this!

The Orzale winery is located near Montaione, about 20 km northwest of San Gimignano. In Montaione, there are shopping facilities of all kinds.
Here, in the heart of the triangle of cities Florence-Pisa-Siena, you will find the typical Tuscan landscape with gentle hills, cypresses, picturesque olive groves, and vineyards as far as the eye can see.
There are numerous excursion possibilities, for example to San Gimignano and Volterra (about 30 minutes' drive) and to Florence, Pisa, and Siena (about 60 minutes).
Getting there
Upon booking, you will receive detailed driving directions for arriving by car. There are ample parking spaces available on the premises.
The nearest airports are Pisa or Florence. There, international car rental services are available (driving time to the vineyard is about one hour).

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt . Der Pool mit 12 m Länge perfekt um seine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Unsere Wohnung hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick.
Jetzt ein kleiner Tipp an die Besitzer Gemeinschaft. Die Stühle sind wirklich für längeres Sitzen unbequem. Hochlehner wären perfekt. Das nur als Tipp. Eingerichtet ist die Wohnung spartanisch aber ausreichend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 km
( Luftlinie ? ) also die haben wir in zwei Wochen nicht gefunden. Coob befindet sich in 10 km Entfernung in Montaione. Auch ein Lidl ist in der Nähe. Restaurants gibt es einige, wir waren einige male essen und es war immer lecker, preis Leistung perfekt. Aber immer Tisch reservieren. Den Wein und das Olivenöl von Orzale unbedingt probieren.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in der Toskana verbracht. Alles war perfekt, die saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung, die gesamte Anlage Orzale mit dem wunderschönen Pool, das Wetter und die traumhaft schöne Umgebung. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Danke auch an Frau Hämmerle und den guten und schnellen unkomplizierten Kontakt.
