Your vacation home has a terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, a small pool (fenced, sole use, screened) and a large tree-lined garden. The vacation home consists of a living-dining room (large comfortable couch, satellite TV, internet access, large dining table), an open kitchen, two lovingly furnished bedrooms each with its own shower room and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and floor heating.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
