This large, eco-friendly house in Medulin offers 9 bedrooms. It is only 500 m away from the famous sandy beach "Bijeca". It takes a 5 minute-walk to reach the center of Medulin.
This unique property can accommodate up to 20 guests and provide top quality facilities such as Jacuzzi, sauna, hydromassage pool, game room, fitness room, multifunctional sports court (volleyball and mini soccer field).
The house consists of a wine cellar, ground floor, first and second floor, with a total area of 550 m2. All 9 bedrooms are furnished with king-size double beds, private bathroom, TV and air conditioning.
Outside you can use a dining table for 20 people and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

For an active vacation, there is a fitness room with elliptical trainer, weights and an ab bench. In the yard there is a multifunctional sports ground (18 x 9 m) for volleyball, badminton and mini soccer.

Villa itself offers a lot of fun: sauna, gym, wine cellar, Nintendo, table football. The 60 m2 pool is equipped with hydro massage, a shallow section for children (6 m2) and a jacuzzi.
