Cancellation policy
In case of a cancellation from your side you will receive your payment/s back if your travel dates have been booked again and once the new guests have made their first payment.
You can view all bookings via the apartment calendar in this ad, and we will actively get in touch with you in case we rent out your dates again.
If your travel dates are not booked at all, we will refund you 10% of the pure rent price as well as cleaning cost/deposit. In case of a partial booking for your travel dates, we will refund the booked days in full and the unbooked days with 10%.
Any cancellations are subject to an additional 50 Euros administration fee.
Non-payment of one of the agreed on payments within 3 work days after due date will be viewed as cancellation by the guest, above rules apply.
We advise you to get travel insurance.
Rental conditions

Deposit: 30% of the rental price days after booking due
SUPping, horseback riding on the beach, mountainbiking on the beach, boating through the channels, sailing, kite flying.
Holiday destination
Cycle past lily fields, beautiful gardens and horse pastures, then through the beautiful, car-free North-Holland dune reservation straight to the beach of Heemskerk, Castricum or even Egmond aan Zee.
Ijmuiden, Zaanse Schans, Alkmaar (20 km), Haarlem (18 km) and Amsterdam (30 km) can be reached by bike, car or train.
Getting there
Exit the A9 towards Wijk aan Zee and follow the signs, then go straight at the roundabout towards Heemskerk.
On the second roundabout that follows turn left into the Korte Voorweg, then the first left, after about 100 metres turn the first right into the Voorweg, another 50 metres and then first right, which is Hondsbosseweg.
Go straight to number 8 (with the willow fence), ride through the gate and park in front of the greenhouse.

Super ausgestattete, sehr gepflegte Einraumferienwohnung toller Lage und für Fahrradfahrer bestens geeignet. Spielte das Wetter mal nicht mit und wir wurden von Regen überrascht, konnten wir uns schnell in der Sauna wieder aufwärmen. Für Menschen, die es gerne ruhig haben ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet,das großzügige Bad mit Dampfdusche und Sauna perfekt, wenn man vom holländischen Wind so richtig durchgepustet wurde. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen,alles sehr gepflegt und vollständig. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell beim Einkaufen und in dem herrlichen Dünenreservat zum Meer geradelt.Ausflüge nach Alkmaar oder auch Bergen haben wir sehr genossen.Kurz:ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub,der viel zu schnell vorüber war!Vielen Dank liebe Frau Harms für die nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation!!Herzliche Grüße A.
