Pool for free
For short term stays we charge the following fees (minimum stay 3 days):
For 1 night there is an additional fee of 50,-- € per night/unit.
For 2 nights there is an additional fee of 40,-- € per stay.
The local tax amounts to 2,50 € per night/unit for each person from 18 years onwards.
The time of arrival and departure may vary upon consultation.
Our apartments can also be rented for a longer stay or permanently.
Price by agreement. Group travel is also possible.
In the high season July / August the apartments are rented only for whole weeks (7 days).
Preferably Saturday to Saturday
The Burgenlandcard is free and valid all year round.
For the daily, fresh pastries for breakfast, there is a bakery 150 meters away.
In a nearby restaurant there is also offered a breakfast buffet.
For children up to the end of 3 for free.
For children from 4 up to the end of 9 years 12,-- € per night / unit.
For children from 10 up to the end of 17 years 17,-- € per night / unit.
Each additional person 25,-- € per night / unit.
Pets only on request: 10,-- € / night
An amount of 50,-- € is charged additionally for stays shorter than 3 days.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt! Alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen könnte. Sehr sauber, Betten schon bezogen, Handtücher etc. bereit, Liegestühle, Tisch und Bänke zum draußen sitzen. Keinerlei Lärm am Ort, Bäcker ganz in der Nähe.
Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit, jederzeit ansprechbar, aber keineswegs aufdringlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen zu sitzen, mit Blick auf Blumen- und Gemüsebeet.
Fahrräder, Sportgeräte etc. wie beschrieben und gut in Schuss!
Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei. Der Bereich unserer FeWo war durch ein Tor abteilbar, so dass wir die Hunde frei laufen lassen konnten, Rasenbereich neben der FeWo,... top!
Hunde mit an den See nehmen ist problematisch! Dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, danke!

De familie Sattler is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en heeft ons een warm welkom geheten. Ze spreken ook goed Engels en zijn steeds bereid op vragen te antwoorden, zonder opdringerig te zijn.
Het huis is nieuw, groot en voorzien van al het nodige: goed uitgeruste keuken, badkamer en 3 goede slaapkamers. Er zijn ook rolluiken, wat heel goed is om 's nachts in het donker te slapen en overdag de zon buiten te houden. Op het terrein zijn ook veel, goede sportmogelijkheden: badminton, pingpong, darts en fitness.
De woning ligt in een rustige omgeving met in de nabijheid het grote Neusiedlermeer, maar ook de kleine Badensee, ideaal om te gaan zwemmen. Het is ook een goede uitvalsbasis om met de trein naar Wenen of Bratislava te rijden. Dankzij het microklimaat is het er ook warmer dan in de rest van Europa.
