Zadar is a city monument, surrounded by historical ramparts, a treasury of the archaeological and monumental riches of ancient and medieval times, Renaissance and many contemporary architectural achievements such as the first Sea Organ in the world. The coast is particularly indented, the islands and the untouched nature allures many boaters to this regions.
Getting there
The earliest arrival is at 2 pm and it is possible to arrive until midnight. We are waiting for you in the house with the keys. Check out is at 10 am.

For my parents word 'guest' is not foreign, this is not just a guest but a king. For 20 years run their own pizzeria in the city of Zadar. Our guests come back to us again and again. Why? Hospitality is very important to us. It would be a pleasure for us to welcome you to our home. My dad always finds some time to take our guests to a short boat trip.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Predovan. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Die Poolanlage und der Gartenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Familie Predovan hat uns herzlichen empfangen und ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa Predovan wärmstens empfehlen.
