Cancellation policy
4.1. In case the rental contract has to be cancelled, it must be made in writing.
4.2. If the lessee withdraws from the rental contract, we'll deduct a processing fee of €50.00 from the advance payment.
Cancelling
up 90 days prior to arrival: 10% of the rental price,
up to 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the rental price,
up to 35 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price,
up to 28 days prior to arrival: 75% of the rental price,
up to 20 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, the full rental price -100%- is due; minimum: €100.00.

4.3. The above stated §4.2 does not apply if the lessor is able to let the holiday home for the duration mentioned under §2.2. In this case, the lessee pays a processing fee of €50.00 plus potential revenue loss due to a reduced rental income, not to exceed the cancellation fees defined under §4.2.
4.4. In case the lessee has to depart early and thus terminate the rental agreement, the lessee pays the agreed rental price (100%) listed under §3.
4.5. The lessor recommends to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located on the city border of Norden, towards Norddeich, in a residential area, not in a holiday home complex. The quiet location is very appealing and within a short distance from the North Sea. The weather is almost always fine. The wind blows from the west to the east. Clean and salty air. Ebb and flow.
Getting there
From the Ruhr area: Take the A31 via Emden, northbound.

3 Erwachsene und 1 kleiner Hund haben sich mit kleinen Einschränkungen in diesem Haus wohl gefühlt. Leider war der vorhandene Grill defekt und wurde in der Zeit auch nicht repariert oder ersetzt. Die Sauberkeit war gut, hätte aber noch Luft nach oben. Generell müßte die Ausstattung mal kontroliert und zum Teil ersetzt werden. Ansonsten war alles gut und das Haus liegt so das man in kurzer Zeit am Wasser oder in der Stadtmitte ist. Ein großes Lob an die Verwalter..die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und es wurde sich bemüht die kleinen Mankos zu beheben. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und vlt kommen wir bald wieder einmal her.

Es ist sehr schön geschnitten die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man als Familie braucht wir waren mit 8 Personen drei Wochen da es war einfach super , sehr zu empfehlen, werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen . Auch die dort ansässigen Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und freundlich.
