Holiday destination
Outside you will find a beautiful pool and a covered area with a dining table and 6 chairs. Due to the southern exposure you have many hours of sunshine to relax on the comfortable loungers or to swim. And if it gets too warm, you can simply retreat under the covered area and enjoy the view of the greenery and the canal. Trips to Miami, Orlando (Universal Studios, Disney World and Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center), to the Everglades or to Key West are recommended due to Cape Coral's central location. The offshore islands, Sanibel and Captiva, with their miles of white sandy beaches, as well as Pine Island are ideal destinations for excursions by boat or car.
Getting there
Travel time from Fort Myers International Airport to the villa is approximately 40 minutes. 2.5 hours from Miami, 2 hours from Tampa or 3 hours from Orlando.

Die Villa B. für unsere Reise zu buchen, geschah durch Vermittlung von Kremers, Danke dafür! Wir haben uns in dem schön gestalteten Haus mit guter Ausstattung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt ruhig in einer Wohnstraße mit angenehmen Nachbarn. Die Wärme hielt uns von der Nutzung der Räder ab..Der Pool war auch ohne Heizungsnutzung angenehm warm.Einige Abende haben wir wunderbar den Gasgrill genutzt für herrliche Steaks bzw. Fisch. Auf der Terrasse kann man wind- und sonnengeschützt sitzen.. Bei einer technischen Unklarheit hat die Verwalterin umgehend reagiert Unsere Kinder kamen für kurze Zeit zu Besuch, was für die Besitzerin kein Problem war. Da die Schlafräume und Bäder in gegenüberliegenden Flügeln liegen, ist es auch zu viert oder fünft prima in der Villa Belinda.

Hatten einen super Urlaub im Haus Belinda. Frau Bauriedl kann ich nur empfehlen,sehr freundlich und stets für einen da. Alles super und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch ein Dank an Sabine für die Betreuung vor Ort. Super nett und freundlich. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen dank nochmal.
