Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions:
The Hirer may withdraw from the Rental Contract at any time. In the event of such a withdrawal, cancellation costs will be claimed by the landlord as follows:
From booking to 8 weeks before arrival: Cancellation costs 30%
From 8 weeks to 4 weeks before arrival: Cancellation costs 50%
From 4 weeks before arrival: Cancellation costs 100%
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of cancellation, the landlord will endeavour to let the rental property to someone else.
We kindly ask our guests who are not allowed to arrive due to the Corona regulation (ban on accommodation) to simply rebook for a new date instead of receiving a refund. The full amount will be credited for an unlimited period of time, so that neither the guests nor we suffer any economic damage. This is a fair solution with which we have only had good experiences - all guests have rebooked and were happy.

Holiday destination
Tetenbüll is a pitoresque historic village in the heart of Eiderstedt, the North Sea peninsula with the greatest recreational value next to Hamburg.
The NordseeLodge is roughly 4 km from the harbour and the Tetenbüllspieker bathing area with sunbathing lawn at the Wadden Sea. Sankt Peter-Ording with its breathtaking, white sandy beach (for a Caribbean feeling) as well as the famous Westerheversand Lighthouse and the picturesque little town Tönning are a good 15-minute drive away. After extensive cycling tours, our park-like garden with its pond invites you to relax.
Getting there
The apartment Nordsee Lodge, one of 3 private Baltic Sea hideaways in Tetenbüll, is situated in a park-like garden in the centre of one of Eiderstedt's most beautiful villages. Tetenbüll lies between St. Peter-Ording and Tönning, a good hour northwest of Hamburg, one hour south of the Danish border. By car, head from Hamburg via the A23 to Heide, then on the B5 to Katharinenheerd, from there a few minutes to Tetenbüll. You can take the train to Friedrichstadt, Heide or Husum. From Husum, the regional train continues to Katharinenheerd. The house is located about 15 minutes from the sandy beach of St. Peter Ording and about 7 km from the Wadden Sea: Tetenbüll has its own harbour!

Host informationWe're from Vienna, and we fell in love with with North Sea. So much so that we and our 5 children had to save one of the most beautiful houses of Eiderstedt from decay and renovate it lovingly. Our favourite house can now be your holiday home.

Als Familie mit 13 Personen und zwei kleinen Kindern hatten wir Platz im Überfluss. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und originell. In den Küchen findet sich alles Nötige und mehr.Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet . Man spürt,dass auch die Eigentümer hier zu Hause sind. Besonders ist die Nähe zur alten Dorfkirche und dem bezaubernden historischen Ortskern.

Ich habe die Nordsee Lodge für ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Freunden und Familie gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern vorab verlief sehr gut. Das Haus bietet für eine große Gruppe genügend Möglichkeiten, sich zurückzuziehen aber auch gemeinsam an großer Tafel zu essen. Dass es bei der Anmietung der zwei größeren Wohnungen sogar zwei Saunen gibt, war perfekt für unsere Runde. Die Räume wurden mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, dass man am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausziehen würde. Wir hatten leider kein gutes Wetter, sonst hätten wir vermutlich auch den wahnsinnig schönen Garten noch mehr genutzt. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass wir bei gegebenem Anlass nochmal wiederkommen. Danke für ein tolles Wochenende!
