Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, unless a different rental is possible:

- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
-Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord endeavors to rent the property to someone else.

Toppenstedt is on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath, about 35 km south of Hamburg. The connection to the A7 is only approx. 4 km. The historic salt city of Lüneburg is approx. 20 km away. The Luhmühlen riding domicile can be reached in 7 km.
Getting there
Leave the A7 at the Garlstorf junction, turn left and drive approx. 1 km into the village. At the second junction is the sign "3 km to Toppenstedt", there you turn left. After 3 km you will reach the entrance to Toppenstedt. After about 200 meters, turn right into "Oberen Kirchweg", follow it for about 500m and then turn right into "Im Moor". After about 100 meters turn again into the "Lütten Moorweg".
