Parking spaces are directly in front of the house. The house is adjacent to a nature reserve. The lake is within a ten-minute drive on foot. At the lake, you have free access to the swimming beach. The village boasts romantic restaurants that indulge us with culinary delights. This holiday bungalow, consisting of two semi-detached units, is located in a very beautiful and quiet south-facing position with a fantastic lake view. The road ends at the holiday home. Enjoy the tranquility and the garden. By foot or car, you can quickly reach the lake with many beautiful swimming spots. The bungalow is for rent with a terrace, seating area, large garden (650m2), outdoor shower, and storage room. Let your children play in the large garden without the danger of cars.
Savor the great view of the lake and mountains and just let your soul dangle in this beautiful place. In the nearby villages and in Brezzo di Bedero, there are many good restaurants with delicacies from the region. Additionally, there are many other lakes with beautiful idyllic swimming spots that you can reach by bike or car. Active guests will find many beautiful biking, cycling, and hiking routes right outside the front door from spring to fall. Near the lake, you will find almost all water sports opportunities or enjoy a boat trip on Lake Maggiore. Tennis and playgrounds in the region, as well as wonderful hiking, cycling, and biking tour opportunities, await right outside your door.
The house is accessible by public transport as well as by car.
The Swiss Federal Railways go as far as Luino. From there, it's about a 10-minute bus ride to Brezzo di Bedero.
The motorized route is via the highway through Gotthard or San Bernardino.
Shortly after Bellinzona, you leave the highway (exit "Locarno") and drive via Magadino along Lake Maggiore towards Luino. Along the way, there is a customs crossing at Dirinella.
In Luino, continue on this road along the lake until the roundabout after the bridge. At the second roundabout exit, drive about 100 meters to the red factory. Turn right and go uphill on the main road to Brezzo di Bedero. Drive through Bedero, past the tennis court, and after the curve, turn left up to the side street Via delle Betulle.

Cancellation
The tenant and landlord can withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:
from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 60 days before arrival; 80% of the net rental price.
up to 41 days before arrival: 90% of the net rental price.
up to 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price.
from 14 days before arrival: 100% of the net rental price.
Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This person must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. They enter into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenant and substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. In case of early termination of the rental, the entire rent remains due. (To avoid risks, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.)
