The applicant must withdraw in writing. The date of receipt is decisive.
For withdrawal up to 90 days prior to arrival 10% of the rental price.
For withdrawal from 80 days to 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the rental price.
For withdrawal from 59 to the30th day prior to arrival 50% of the rental price.
For withdrawal from 29 days to 1 day prior to arrival 90% of the rental price.
The processing of a cancellation is € 100.
By arrangement, it is possible to provide a replacement tenant on the same travel terms.
