Description

The holiday home for 2-3 people was built in the typical local style. It is part of a well-maintained holiday complex with about 100 manageable units, most of which are privately owned. The complex also includes a restaurant.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. The spacious living room offers enough space for a dining table and a sofa bed.
In the basement, there are various beach utensils that can be used with pleasure.
At the back of the garden, there is a built-in barbecue and a masonry table.
Due to its location in the top row, it is pleasantly quiet even in the summer months.
The distance to the beach is 1000 m. The center of San Teodoro is about 1.5 km away.

Special features

The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the huge terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea, as well as the large garden with trees, plants, and aromatic herbs. In the back part of the garden, you can enjoy the view of the mountains.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in der Casa Ernesto verbracht. Vom ersten Kontakt per E-Mail bis zum Tag unserer Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Casa Ernesto ist mit allem - und noch viel mehr -ausgestattet, was man sich für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt vorstellt. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Auch die die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren einfach nur begeistert und können jedem diese traumhafte Unterkunft mit ihrem Wahnsinnsausblick auf das Meer nur wärmstens ans Herz legen.
