Cancellations are possible at any time. In addition to the booking fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip 20% of the travel price
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price
If you cancel later or do not commence the trip, the full travel price is due.

Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located at the edge of Callantsoog, directly opposite the beach entrance, only about 100 m from the beach and about 200 m from the village center with shops, terraces, and restaurants.
In the village, there is also a bicycle rental service (bicycles, hand wagons, etc.).
You have your own parking space (barrier) and at the back of the building, there is a playground for children, a giant trampoline, and a covered storage area (not lockable) for bicycles.
An elevator is also available.

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in dieser Wohnung gemacht. Sie hat eine Traumlage zum Strand. Auch ins Dorfinnere sind es nur ein paar Meter. Obwohl viele der Wohnungen belegt waren, war es wirklich sehr ruhig.

Beach Appartement 44 empfehlen wir gerne weiter,wir haben eine gemütliche ,moderne und saubere Wohnung vorgefunden, als Paar mit Hund haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, tolle Lage,man ist sofort am Strandaufgang , wir kommen schon viele Jahre nach Callantsoog ,freuen uns schon auf 2019,Callantsoog hat einen besonderen Charm.
