Cancellation policy
Claims for compensation by the lessor in the event of withdrawal:
- Cancellation up to 75 days before the start of the rental: the full deposit
- Cancellation from 74th to 45th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 44th to the 30th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
- Cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.
A withdrawal from the lease is only valid with a written declaration! The decisive factor for the calculation of the cancellation fee is the arrival of the notification at the landlord (the next working day applies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the rental is terminated prematurely, the entire rent remains owed.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen, kleinen Siedlung mehrerer Chalets. Direkt vor dem Haus führen Wanderwege vorbei. Einfach Schuhe anziehen und loslaufen. Von der großzügigen Terrasse blickt man auf das gegenüberliegende Skigebiet Rinerhorn und hört im Hintergrund das Rauschen des Flusses "Landwasser". Vor dem Haus ist eine große Weide leicht abschüssig, die im Winter ideal für Familien mit Kindern zum Schlitten fahren einlädt.
