If a booking is canceled, the following cancellation charges shall apply:
• 30% of the total amount of booking in case of cancellation from the day of booking up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period;
• 100% of the total amount of booking in case of cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the rental period;
• 100% for no-show
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, Istra Expert retains 10% as handling fee.

The community of Dracevac belongs to Porec and Fuskulin and is some 7 km inland from the fabulous Porec and Zelena Laguna beaches. An short car-ride takes you to Rovinj, Vrsar or Funtana. Polidor beach is some 6 km from the house. Enjoy the amazing landscapes and quiet charm of an Istrian village with all the conveniences of a large tourist centre only 7 km away.

Wir als 5-köpfige Familie hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus Nera verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Fani war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um aufkommende Probleme gekümmert und diese beseitigt. Es war alles vorhanden und zu meiner Überraschung sogar eine Waschmaschine die vorher nicht angegeben war. Zum Strand ist man ca 10 min unterwegs, kommt auf das Verkehraufkommen an. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen. Haben auch schon die Agentur von Fani an Freunde weiterempfohlen!
