Our holiday home offers peace and privacy, yet is located in the midst of an idyllic private holiday park right behind the tall natural dunes of the North Sea. In the summer, relax on the large terrace, and in cooler times, the lockable fireplace with its warming fire beckons. The house is fully equipped with all comforts and is ideal for both couples and families with children.
Our house comes with a comprehensive range of full amenities.
Access is controlled by an electronic front door lock, and a safe is available to protect your valuables, for example, while you're at the beach.
The sleeping areas are equipped with blackout pleated blinds for a restful midday nap or a good night's sleep at any time.
The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, an oven with a microwave, a stand mixer and an immersion blender, an air fryer, a small freezer, and a table grill.
The cozy living room offers a variety of books and magazines, as well as several board games. In addition to the Sony Smart TV, DVD player, and a small HIFI system with Bluetooth, a selection of DVDs is available for your entertainment.
The house is surrounded by a large garden (350m²) and the quiet, rear-facing sun terrace (24m²) invites you to relax with solid wooden furniture, sun loungers, and a kettle grill (wind).
In the adjoining storage room, you'll find a washing machine and a dryer, which you are welcome to use. We also keep a selection of beach toys, kites, and a handcart there.
For children, we have some toys (including a large Lego Duplo box, Tipp Kick, children's books, and games), a travel cot for kids, a high chair, and a child safety roller blind at the top of the stairs.

In the house, there is a folder available that provides information about many excursion possibilities in and around Julianadorp and North Holland. Furthermore, it also includes additional restaurant recommendations and maps of the area.
In North Holland, nestled between the North Sea and the IJsselmeer and just behind the vast natural dunes of the extensive and wide sandy beach, you'll find the holiday home park Strandslag. The beach at Julianadorp aan Zee has been awarded the 'Blue Flag' for its exceptionally good seawater quality. Winding through the wide and tall dunes are varied paths that invite you to enjoy extensive cycling tours or walks. Beyond the dunes, the landscape is characterized by sprawling flower fields.
The holiday park is designed around a picturesque lake and a large adventure playground. Also within the park are a small restaurant with a kiosk offering bread roll service, as well as mini-golf, bicycle and go-kart rental, a bowling alley, and on the open area, facilities for football, volleyball, table tennis, and a basketball hoop.
In the small town of Julianadorp, there are numerous diverse restaurants and a shopping center with many shops (bakery, butcher, ice cream parlor, drugstores, clothing and toy stores, fish cart) and supermarkets (Deen, Aldi, Lidl).

Rentals are typically on a weekly basis. The rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Alternative rental periods are only possible in exceptional cases and by arrangement.
Dates/Cancellation:
A cancellation is possible up to 6 months before the start of the rental period upon payment of a handling fee of €25.00. Thereafter, in the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is due, for cancellations less than 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the start of the rental, 75% is due, and for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental, 90% of the rental price is due. It is the responsibility of the renter to take out travel cancellation insurance if needed.

We have been coming to the holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee for 15 years now, and that's in every season. For 5 years, we have had our own holiday home, which we also rent out privately. Our children have practically grown up here and meanwhile, Julianadorp has become our "second home". We have furnished our house in such a way that we feel comfortable there, and we wish the same for our guests.
