For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking, no fees will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation after the reservation, the guest will pay:
Up to 60 days before the arrival date 50% of the agreed total price,
Less than 60 days before the arrival date 70% of the agreed total price.
If the guest does not arrive, they will pay an amount equal to the agreed total price.

Die sehr Moderne Villa verfügt über alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Das Anwesen ist sehr hochwertig und modern renoviert worden. Die Anlage bietet genug Platz für 10 Personen und bietet u.a. einen Wellness Bereich mit Whirlpool sowie einen Saunabereich. Der Tagesbereich innerhalb des Hauses ist voll Ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gelungen und hochwertig. Neben der Möglichkeit in der Außenküche zu Grillen bietet der Pool genug Platz um sich abzukühlen. Die Zimmer sind Top, sehr geräumig und verfügen alle über separate Bäder sowie Toiletten.
Die Gesamtanlage ist sehr Hochwertig und Top gepflegt. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Ich kann die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.
