Please inform us in time if you need to cancel your holiday. For cancellations received up to 60 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged. For later notification or arrival, early departure, or no-show, 30% of the agreed price will be charged up to 40 days prior, and thereafter 100%. The deposit/Caparra is non-refundable. You will receive the same value in the form of a holiday voucher valid for 1 year.

Getting there
The Dolomiten Residence Sonnleiten is located in Steinegg at 850m. The house faces south and offers wonderful views and all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.
Car: Take the Bozen Nord exit and continue north on the SS 12. In Blumau, turn right towards Steinegg (about 5 km). In the village, turn right uphill, and after 200 m you will find your holiday accommodation.
Via the Reschen Pass:
before Meran, take the MEBO to Bozen Süd, then continue on the motorway to Bozen Nord. Take the Bozen Nord exit and continue north on the SS 12. In Blumau, turn right towards Steinegg (about 5 km). In the village, turn right uphill, and after 200 m you will find your holiday accommodation.
Train: to Bozen
Airplane: Milan/Bergamo (BGY) and Verona (VRN)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Mahlknecht war durchweg zufriedenstellend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unserem kleinen Sohn wurde dank Schwimmbad, Trampolin und kleinem Fuhrpark nie langweilig. Das Highlight war jeden Morgen das Frühstück, welches wir auf dem eignen Balkon genießen durften. Wir können einen Urlaub in Steinegg nur jedem empfehlen.

Wir kamen als Familie mit einem 5-jährigen Sohn in den Genuss 2 verschiedener Apartments (FeWo der kleinen Bären und FeWo Sonnenadler). Beide Ferienwohnungen waren sehr modern eingerichtet und unser Kleiner hat sich in seinem separaten, liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichteten Kinderzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war fantastisch, ebenso das Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts fehlte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
