Die Heizung ist im Allgemeinen eher dürftig, mit Ausnahme der Warmwasserbereitung. Die meisten Räume sind mit Infrarotbildschirmen ausgestattet, die nur sehr lokal heizen, was zu heißen und kalten Stellen führt, an denen es unpraktisch ist, 8 Personen zusammenzubringen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Herd ausgestattet, der sich nur sehr schwer regulieren lässt. Der Eingang und das Treppenhaus liegen zentral im Haus, können jedoch nicht beheizt werden, da ständig Kälte aus dem Keller angesaugt wird.

Die Küche ist nicht für große Gruppen geeignet: Platz für 8 Personen am Tisch ist praktisch unmöglich. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr klein, typisches Modell für 2 Personen. Das gesamte Erscheinungsbild der Küche ist veraltet und abgenutzt, Beispiele hierfür sind die fehlende Verkleidung unter dem Ofen und dem Holzofen.

Badezimmer: grundsätzlich positiv! Wie gesagt: Täglich warme Duschen und Bäder für alle. Badematten müssen ausgetauscht werden, da sie alt/blass/elend aussehen.

Außerdem: Der Trockner ist defekt und es gab keinen speziellen Raum zum Trocknen der Skiausrüstung.

Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft meiner Meinung nach mit einem Mietpreis von fast 3000 EUR für eine Woche völlig überbewertet. Zu viel Mist, zu wenig Einrichtungen...
