In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Costitx is a small and authentic interior village, perfect to know the true Mallorcan habits like enjoying your breakfast or the traditional dishes in the local bar, buying the basic groceries or enjoying a walk through its streets and fields. We recommend you visit the street markets of other nearby villages like Sineu on Wednesdays or Inca on Thursdays, among many others.
