This luxurious 5-bedroom villa for 12 people is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Roquebrun. It has a private heated swimming pool to cool off on a hot summer day. There is a terrace to relax. The villa suits a large family, two smaller families or a group on a holiday.

Der Ort ist ausgezeichnet, die Aussicht von der Terrasse herrlich und der Aufenthalt hätte gut sein sollen, ABER.......
Es gab kein Willkommenspaket – nichts, nur eine Packung Salz.
Die Bettwäsche war - trotz entsprechender Aufforderung - nicht bezogen.
Die Kissen bestanden nur aus zerbrochenem Schaumstoff – völlig nutzlos.
Alles war „extra“, einschließlich Küchenwäsche, die hätte gestellt werden sollen.
Der beheizte Pool funktionierte nicht und der Reiseleiter sagte, er hätte nicht gesehen, dass er funktionierte. Sie sagten, das sei der Fall, aber das stimmte nicht. Es war zwar sauber, aber kalt. Ich werde einen Preisnachlass beantragen, weil der Pool nicht beheizt ist und dadurch zu kalt für die Nutzung war.
Der Grill war fettig und nicht gereinigt. Der Vertreter sagte, sie hätten keine Zeit gehabt, aber ein Nachbar sagte, das Grundstück sei in der Woche zuvor leer gewesen. Übrigens gibt es eine Geldstrafe von 50 €, wenn man es nicht reinigt. Ich habe das von der 50-Euro-Gebühr für Handtücher abgezogen, da ich sie reinigen musste.
Nicht genug Toilettenpapier. Für die Badezimmer gibt es überhaupt keine Seife.
Bei meiner Ankunft wurden mir die HAUSORDNUNGEN vorgelegt, die sich wie Gefängnisregeln lesen ließen und die Extras sowie die „Geldstrafen“ für verschiedene Verstöße gegen diese Regeln aufführten. Überhaupt nicht sehr freundlich.
Insgesamt war das Haus gut, die Servicevorbereitung und die Poolfunktion waren jedoch mangelhaft. Die Antworten der Vertreterin zeigten, dass es ihr egal war, und hinterließ sogar ein Achselzucken-Emoji, als ich ihr sagte, dass der Pool nicht funktionierte. Es würde sehr wenig Aufwand erfordern, dies zu einem schönen Ort zum Übernachten zu machen, also konstruktiv...
