The approximately 50 sqm chalet has a modern, bright decor and features two bedrooms. One with a futon bed, the other with two single beds. A modern shower room is located in the middle of the two bedrooms. The front area has been designed as an open, cozy living-dining-kitchen area. The small kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The living area includes a flat-screen TV with satellite system and radio, as well as Wi-Fi. There is a climate inverter for summer and winter operation in the living area. The bedrooms have fans. Outside, there is a wooden seating group, a grill, washing machine, and 2 loungers as well as 2 sun chairs available. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are provided by the owner.

The house is just a 2-minute walk from the cliffs and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Cala Llombards has 2 small supermarkets, a bar, and a beach bar. Beaches that can be reached on foot include Cala Llombards and Calo des Moro.
Arriving by car is recommended.

Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% or 25% of the total rental price is required. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). For special offers, the total amount must always be paid in cash upon arrival to the property management. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival
- 50% cancellation fee from the 27th to the 15th day before arrival
- The entire rental amount = 100% for cancellations made later or if the contractual services are not used.
Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we are able to re-rent the property on the same terms, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
