Cancellation policy
Should the tenant cancel the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding cleaning and any laundry package) shall be payable as compensation if no other rental is possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 25% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 35 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal mit unseren Hunden in deinem schönen Ferienhaus und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön war, konnten wir in deinem Haus die Seele baumeln lassen.
Wir lieben die direkte Nähe zum Strand und konnten dennoch die Ruhe im Haus genießen.
Durch die Hunde waren wir an Silvester im Haus. Wir konnten das Feuerwerk weit weg hören und auch sehen, unsere Hunde waren auch sehr entspannt.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Liebe Elke, wir hatten wundervolle Tage in deinem kleinen Paradies. Die Wohnung war super sauber, es war alles vorhanden, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist auch genial. Vielen Dank für deine Ausflugs-Tipps und deine herzliche Begrüßung. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Viele Grüße
