The holiday apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet, detached villa in a very beautiful residential area above Cipressa. A park-like tropical garden surrounds the house, which is situated on a slope with a beautiful view of the sea. Old trees, palms, oleanders, and ancient agaves grow in the garden, and eucalyptus trees give the summer air a wonderful fragrance. The tasteful new furnishings provide a harmonious feel-good atmosphere. Enjoy the beautiful view from the spacious covered balcony while having breakfast or dinner – a new stainless steel grill is also available. In the open-plan living and dining area, high-quality furnishings in bright, friendly colors, a beautiful natural stone floor, and an open fireplace ensure cozy holiday hours. The new, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. Choose one of the two lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed, large window, and access to the balcony with sea views. Here you will sleep peacefully without any street noise or similar. If you wish to stay with six people, the sofa bed in the lounge offers two additional sleeping places.
The holiday apartment is accessible at ground level. The house was renovated in 2018 and completely refurnished. This beautiful property consists of a total of two holiday apartments (each 80 sqm of living space plus generous outdoor areas). Both apartments have separate access and driveways, as well as completely separate entrances.

The Riviera di Ponente (French border to Genoa) is approximately 180 km long. It offers numerous leisure activities: whitewater canoeing, fantastic hiking trails, horseback riding excursions for adults and children, top mountain bike trails, cycling on Europe's most beautiful bike path directly along the coast between S.Lorenzo al Mare and Ospedaletti / San Remo, boat trips to spot whales and dolphins (from Imperia), and many beaches along the coast for swimming, sailing, surfing, and diving.
"Antica Torre" is located in Cipressa, on the southern slope above the medieval town center on the edge of a nature reserve. Here you absolutely must take a walk, hike, or jog, always accompanied by a magnificent view of the sea. A famous mountain bike trail invites you to extensive activities. Although you live in absolute quiet, far from traffic noise, you can quickly reach the medieval town center of Cipressa, where you will find two good restaurants, a bar with an overwhelming view of the sea, and a grocery and magazine store, a pharmacy, etc. In a few enjoyable (view!) minutes by car, you reach the lively Riviera (about 3 km from Cipressa). There is also a bus that takes you to the bathing beach, operating several times a day from Cipressa. The flower and palm Riviera beckons with countless gems for excursions. Cipressa itself is about 16 km from the fashionable Sanremo and 9 km from the romantic Porto Maurizio (Imperia). Near Monaco and Nice.

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, the following amounts must be paid as compensation, unless the property can be rented out to someone else.
Cancellation up to
* 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
* 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
* 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
* 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
* less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
The landlord assures that they will make an effort to rent out the property to someone else.
If the tenant terminates their stay early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price.
The cancellation must be made in writing. The date the landlord receives the cancellation notice is decisive.
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
