In our completely modernised ground floor apartment in a Siedlerhaus from the 1950s, new and high-quality furnishings meet the lovingly preserved elements of our house. The apartment is ideal for an occupancy of 2-3 people.
Special highlights of this apartment are the large, south-west facing terrace, the fully fenced garden, the separate kitchen with the latest technology (including induction hob, dishwasher) and the spacious daylight shower room.

Please note: The entire interior of the apartment is a non-smoking area.
High-quality furnishings, from the comfort box spring bed to the folding sofa bed, with slatted frame and seat height to 2 flat-screen smart TVs, WiFi and washing machine guarantee a successful holiday.
Electric shutters in the living room and in the bedroom allow - if necessary - an almost complete blackout, ideal for falling asleep and sleeping in.

Timmendorfer Strand offers all the amenities of an exclusive lido. Depending on the season and weather, there are many great attractions, e.g. the Sea Life, the Ostsee THerme (thermal baths), the indoor pool in Niendorf, Bird Park Niendorf and the Hansaland amusement park.
The apartment is located in a quiet street near the centre and beach of Timmendorfer Strand. Here, the proximity to the hustle and bustle of the sophisticated lido is ideally combined with the relaxing tranquillity of an exclusive residential area in a traffic-calmed street.
If possible, we welcome you personally at the accommodation. If this is not possible, we will tell you how to get the keys.

Please note that usage-based cost can occur additionally. If you have any questions please get in touch with the owner directly.
If a cancellation is necessary, we will find a good solution. Please inform us immediately of the cancellation and understand that we have to charge € 25 for our expenses and costs. We understand if your plans change. We will refund the deposit paid less the € 25 up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental.
From 21 days before the start of the rental to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be retained.
From 7 days before the start of the rental to 1 day before arrival: 75% of the rental price will be retained.
From day of arrival/earlier departure: No refund.
However, we will always try our best to rent the property again for your rental period. If we succeed, we will reimburse the reduced damage to you proportionately with 75% of the rental income up to a maximum of the payment you have made. The optional services (dog, laundry package) and the spa tax will always be fully refunded in the event of cancellation up to the day of arrival or in the event of no-show.
Timmendorfer Strand charges a mandatory tourist tax.
This amounts to €1.70 - €3.00 per day per person over 18 years (depending on the season).
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.

We rent our dream that we have taken over from our aunt directly. The Siedlerhaus was built by your father and we fundamentally redesigned it in spring 2019 with lots of love and commitment for you. Our goal is that you feel as comfortable here as we do and that you have a relaxing holiday.
