Cancellation policy
At the time of booking we charge a deposit of 30% of the total price, the balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation until 42 days before arrival: free of charge
From 41 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
From 29 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
Later than 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
In case of early departure we will charge you the full amount according to the booking confirmation.
If payments already made exceed a cancellation fee due, the difference will be refunded.

The UNESCO World Heritage City of Regensburg offers a wide range of culture and art with theatre, cabaret, exhibitions, concerts and museums. The Valhalla near Donaustauf can be easily reached by bike from Forsthaus Heilsberg. The world-famous concert hall in Blaibach (approx. 45 km away) hosts many top-class concerts with world stars. The Gäuboden metropolis of Straubing with its famous Gäuboden Festival is the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. The Straubing Gäuboden Museum offers a comprehensive overview of the history of Straubing and the Gäuboden.

Lage: sehr abgeschieden inmitten der Natur; keine Zivilisationsgeräusche und keine lärmenden Menschen, wunderbare Anlage mit Forellen- und Badeteich
Wohnung: geräumig, großzügig, sehr solide und durchdachte Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offenlässt
Vermieter: sehr angenehm, herzlich, hilfsbereit, aber auch zurückhaltend

Wir können uns den vorausgegangenen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienhaus (mit selbstgemachten Möbeln) liegt wunderschön am Ende einer hellen Lichtung im Wald, das Klima an diesem ruhigen Ort ist hervorragend. Der Naturreich bietet bei heißen Temperaturen eine besonders angenehme Abkühlung. Wer Ruhe und Natur in einem komfortablen Haus sucht, wird nicht enttäuscht werden. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 4-5 KM entfernt, auch Regensburg lässt sich sehr schnell über die Autobahn erreichen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und hoffen, dass die weiteren Gäste das Haus so liebevoll behandeln, wie es von den netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern eingerichtet ist. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft
